JUST digital full-process solution

Sep. 21, 2023

The JUST Digital Full-process Solution, developed by JUST Medical, aims to address complex cases in hip and knee joint replacement surgeries.

Preoperative planning

①. 2D Hip Joint Preoperative Planning System: The 2D Hip Preoperative Planning System uses computer processing of a patient's X-ray images to provide surgeons with a simulated joint implantation scenario. This helps surgeons with tasks such as implant selection, bone-cut measurements, and calculations, making preoperative planning simpler and more precise.

②. 3D Knee Joint Preoperative Planning System: Doctors can submit planning requests through the 3D Knee Joint Preoperative Planning System. Technical specialists use 3D knee preoperative planning software to perform CT image reconstruction and implant planning in three dimensions. They then generate planning reports for the surgeons to use as a reference during surgery.

Skeletal Model

Plastic bone and implant models are 3D printed based on CT reconstruction data, allowing surgeons to observe the preoperative condition and practice simulated procedures.

"Model Printing"

Knee Joint Precision Osteotomy System (PSI)

This includes Total Knee PSI, High Tibial Osteotomy (HTO) PSI, and Single Condyle PSI. It involves reconstructing a three-dimensional patient-specific model based on CT data, designing PSI guides according to the model, and 3D printing them after physician confirmation.

3D Customized Products

Customized products are designed based on preoperative planning results when conventional products cannot address the issue or when there are specific requirements from the surgeon. After the surgeon approves the customized product design, it is 3D printed.

Surgical Robot

The total knee arthroplasty surgical robot system integrates multidisciplinary technology, personalized surgical planning, high-precision spatial matching, and remote planning on multiple terminals. It assists medical professionals in perfecting surgical details, intelligently generates surgical plans and operation record reports, and provides a fresh interpretation of the establishment of standardized procedures for total knee arthroplasty.

The core team of the company has years of research and development experience in the field of medical robotics, with expertise in robot control, surgical navigation, image registration, surgical planning, and other key areas of technology.
