JUST MEDICAL Lean Change Project History

In December 2022, the Just Medical Lean Innovation Project was launched as scheduled. At the project kick-off meeting, the host introduced the background of the project, the organizational structure and responsibilities of the project members, and at the same time made a key elaboration on the project objectives, scope, project promotion strategy and promotion methods.

The general manager appointed the executive team leader on the spot, and the project leaders set up a military order. The project commander-in-chief led all participants in the project to take an oath to start the project, and everyone voted to voluntarily join the lean management project, carry forward the spirit of craftsmanship, actively participate in the lean change, change the concept, break the old and establish the new, make every effort to cooperate with the project implementation, work as a group, make continuous improvement, and work hard to make just Medical a leader in the industry!

Knowledge is the beginning of action, and action is the success of knowledge. Thanks to the patient guidance and education of the Lean teachers during the project, we have been able to change our mindset and concepts, as well as learn about Lean manufacturing and how to analyze problems and the tools we use.

Mr. Liu, the general manager of the company, said that the successful conclusion of the Phase I project is inseparable from the joint efforts of the Lean team and all of us, while the end is both the starting point and the introduction of Lean thinking in Phase I has laid a solid foundation for the launch of the Phase II project and opened the door to a new journey for the Phase II project. Next, we should be based on the present, look to the future, grasp the strategic goals and work hard, let us achieve a better Cascade Medical and ourselves together.
