Over the years, Just Medical attaches great importance to process improvement activities, and insists on carrying out process improvement commendation and reward activities every year, which fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the majority of employees to participate in process improvement.

Before the New Year , the company commended those involved in process optimization in 2021. In 2021, the quality improvement team composed of pilot test, manufacturing, and quality control will implement product process improvement. 10 items have been completed and 8 items are in progress, which greatly improves product quality and efficiency, and has achieved remarkable results.

Each member of the process improvement team fully reflects the quality, efficiency balance awareness and teamwork spirit in the overall improvement process. The products that have been improved have been significantly improved in terms of improving efficiency, improving quality, and improving the effectiveness of quality control, and the product qualification rate has steadily increased.
