When do we need constrained condylar knee joint prosthesis?
Constrained condylar knee joint prosthesis (CCK) is a kind of artificial joint used for severe deformity and complex disease of knee joint.
Specifically, it can be used in the following two situations:
1. If the deformity of knee joint is serious, valgus or varus fixation deformity is more than 20 degrees, and flexion contracture is more than 30 degrees, CCK can be used for the primary total knee arthroplasty.
Used for revision knee arthroplasty.
2. Used for revision total knee arthroplasty.
