Chief Complaint: Nine years post-infection debridement surgery following a right knee replacement.
Present Illness History: The patient underwent bilateral total knee replacement surgery 12 years ago, with good wound healing and a smooth discharge post-surgery. Three years after the surgery, she developed swelling in the right knee accompanied by purulent discharge from a local sinus. She was treated at the original hospital with right knee debridement and Spacar implantation, followed by symptomatic treatment, and was discharged once the condition stabilized.
