JUST Medical Knee Joint Prosthesis System - SKII PS & SKII PLUS Series
Dec. 21, 2023
Femoral Condyle
SKII PS & SKII PLUS
- Designed for high-flexion activity
- Optimized patellofemoral joint surface design to enhance postoperative mobility
- Customized prosthesis models to meet the diverse needs of different body types and patients
- Proportionally increased posterior condyle on the lateral side, expanding the joint contact area for improved force transmission and reduced wear
- Ultra-mirror polishing treatment to minimize wear during postoperative femoral condyle movement and effectively reduce debris generation
- Smooth intercondylar groove treatment, ensuring an equal amount of intercondylar groove resection to reduce wear and collisions in flexion activities
- Extended cam, effectively avoiding the risk of postoperative dislocation in the tibiofemoral joint.
Tibial Bearing
SKII PS

Designed for high-flexion activity
Allows rotation and flexion-extension movement of the knee joint
Compatible with all models of femoral condyle prostheses
1:1 contact ratio between tibial and femoral joint surfaces, increasing joint contact area and effectively reducing wear during postoperative movement
Circular post design reduces stress and prevents dislocation of the tibiofemoral joint
The patellar groove design protects the patellar tendon in high-flexion positions
The back side of the tibial tray insert is easily navigated, enabling accurate and fast installation of the tray insert on the tibial platform during surgery.
Tibial Bearing
SKII PLUS
Widened semi-constrained pillar design, effectively addressing knee joint instability;
Design with high flexion range of motion;
Allowing for a ±2° varus/valgus constraint and ±2° internal/external rotation;
Compatibility with all models of femoral condyle implants;
1:1 contact between the tibia and femoral joint surface, increasing joint contact area while effectively preventing wear during postoperative movement;
Patellar groove design to protect the patellar tendon in high flexion positions;
Ease of posterior insertion of the tibial platform, achieving accurate and rapid installation of the platform and tibial plateau during surgery.
Flexible switching between PS and PS+ during surgery based on the patient's medial and lateral collateral ligament conditions.
Tibial Platform
SKII PS & SKII PLUS
Reduced side wings, effectively minimizing intraoperative bone loss;
The combination of dovetail groove and anterior locking mechanism optimizes the locking mechanism while reducing posterior micromotion;
A hollow cylindrical tibial base accommodates the smooth transition from routine primary replacement to complex primary replacement with extension stems during surgery;
The posterior aspect of the tibial platform can connect with a tibial insert to address clinical issues related to tibial side bone defects;
The mirror-polished surface treatment effectively reduces wear on the posterior side of the platform, minimizing debris generation.
